In this hands-on role, you will work across client environments and partner with business and engineering leaders to turn high-impact opportunities into systems that deliver value in production.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and deploy AI workflows and agentic systems for enterprise clients, owning projects from architecture through production.\n\nLearn unfamiliar codebases and contribute production code with a high degree of independence.\n\nWork directly with executives and engineering teams across industries, including finance, entertainment, and consumer goods.\n\nUse modern AI coding tools to accelerate development and deliver robust software.\n\nCollaborate with AI strategists to scope opportunities and build systems that operate reliably in client environments.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to eight years of software engineering experience, with evidence of personally building and shipping substantial production systems.\n\nFull-stack product engineering experience, including hands-on development and deployment, rather than a solely data, academic, or solutions-focused background.\n\nProduction experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including familiarity with real cloud infrastructure challenges.\n\nStrong communication skills and comfort working with enterprise stakeholders and engineering teams.\n\nA high-ownership, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced startup environment and in-person client work.\n\nExperience with Python and TypeScript is relevant; familiarity with agentic AI systems and coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $180,000 annually.
