You will bring multimodal and agentic AI systems into production for clients, while helping shape product development through what you learn from real deployments.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn client deployments from initial scoping through launch, serving as the main technical contact for senior stakeholders.\n\nDesign, build, and improve AI agents that support effective claims outcomes, using prompt engineering, model integrations, and rapid prototyping.\n\nWork directly with client technical teams to integrate products with their APIs and systems.\n\nBuild trusted client relationships, understand business challenges, and connect technical solutions to client priorities.\n\nPartner with the core platform team to coordinate delivery and share actionable product feedback.\n\nDocument deployment practices and lessons learned in internal playbooks.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering, as a founder or founding engineer, or as a software engineer seeking a customer-facing role.\n\nExperience deploying multimodal or agentic AI systems into production and integrating products into client environments.\n\nHands-on skills with Python, APIs, cloud platforms, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.\n\nClear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in terms of business outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nSound judgment, a pragmatic approach, and comfort working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually.
