You will take deployments from discovery through go-live, helping customers improve operational workflows with AI agents connected to real business systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn customer delivery from kickoff and scoping through implementation, go-live, and ongoing iteration.\n\nMap customer workflows, identify automation opportunities and process issues, and determine blockers.\n\nTranslate business logic into agent behavior, including actions, decision rules, exception paths, and fallbacks.\n\nConfigure and deploy agents connected to ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, APIs, and other customer tools.\n\nWrite integration code, scripts, and prototypes, then debug production systems and improve outcomes.\n\nBuild relationships with customer stakeholders, lead working sessions, and guide scope toward measurable business impact.\n\nDocument reusable patterns and runbooks, and share recurring workflow insights with Product and Engineering.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFive to eight years of experience in forward deployed engineering, applied AI, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on delivery role.\n\nEvidence of shipping agentic AI systems in customer environments and owning delivery from scoping through go-live.\n\nHands-on skills with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, evaluations, MCP, RAG, and APIs.\n\nIntegration experience with Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.\n\nCustomer delivery or startup experience beyond pre-sales, demos, or advisory work, with a focus on individual contributor responsibilities.\n\nStrong customer-facing communication and the ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.\n\nOperationally complex domain experience, such as retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics, is valuable.\n\nBased in the UK, authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and willing to travel frequently to customer sites across the UK and EU, approximately three days per week during active deployments.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: €110,000 to €200,000 annually.
