You will work directly with client engineering teams and executives to turn complex business challenges into practical AI workflows and agentic systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end development of AI workflows and agentic systems, from architecture through production deployment.\n\nRamp up on unfamiliar client codebases and deliver production software with minimal hand-holding.\n\nPartner with senior client stakeholders across industries including finance, entertainment, and consumer goods.\n\nUse modern agentic coding tools to accelerate development and delivery.\n\nCollaborate with AI strategists to scope projects and build systems that operate reliably in production.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to eight years of full-stack software engineering experience, including personally building and shipping substantial production systems.\n\nHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including solving real infrastructure challenges.\n\nStrong product engineering background; this role requires writing and deploying code, not a primarily solutions engineering, academic, ML, or data-focused background.\n\nExperience communicating with and partnering with enterprise engineering teams and executive stakeholders.\n\nComfort working with Python and TypeScript, and familiarity with agentic AI systems or tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.\n\nStartup experience or a demonstrated ability to work with high ownership and pace.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 annually.
