You will own technical delivery from discovery through deployment, helping government clients modernize legacy systems and improve public services.\nWhat You'll Do\nMeet with government clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and deliver working software.\n\nBuild and iterate on products using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.\n\nDevelop reusable components, data models, and workflows that can support future deployments.\n\nWork directly with non-technical stakeholders while spending most of your time building.\n\nTravel occasionally to client sites, approximately five days per quarter.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to five years of experience as a forward deployed engineer or in a customer-facing software engineering role.\n\nExperience owning a technical deployment end to end, from initial build through customer adoption and ongoing maintenance.\n\nHands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or similar.\n\nStrong full-stack engineering skills, including backend and frontend development, data modeling, and workflow systems.\n\nExperience in software-focused AI, an early-stage technology company, or public sector and government-facing work is helpful.\n\nA technical degree or equivalent experience, with strong computer science or engineering fundamentals.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $170,000 to $220,000 annually.
