You will own customer deployments from initial scoping through launch, while shaping the product based on what works in production.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead end-to-end deployments and serve as the primary technical contact for senior customer stakeholders.\n\nBuild trusted customer relationships, understand operational challenges, and align delivery priorities.\n\nDesign, build, and iterate on AI agents using prompt engineering, model integrations, and rapid prototyping.\n\nScope and develop product features that help customers scale and improve claims outcomes.\n\nIntegrate the platform with customer APIs and systems, working directly with their technical teams.\n\nCoordinate with the core engineering team to support delivery and share actionable product feedback.\n\nDocument deployment practices and contribute to internal playbooks.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering, founding engineering, or software engineering with substantial customer interaction.\n\nHands-on experience with Python, APIs, cloud platforms, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development workflows and modern AI/ML tools in day-to-day work.\n\nBackground integrating third-party systems and collaborating directly with customer technical teams.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships and own deployments end to end.\n\nInsurance, claims, or related financial technology experience is useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually.
