You will partner with enterprise customers to understand critical processes, develop reliable software solutions, and own deployments from discovery through production rollout.\nWhat You'll Do\nMap complex customer processes and translate ambiguous needs into clear, actionable steps.\n\nBuild robust workflow automations using an AI-based programming language and strong software engineering practices.\n\nArchitect, implement, and scale reliable solutions from initial pilots to production deployments.\n\nWork directly with customers to refine implementations, build adoption, and support successful rollouts.\n\nDocument deployment practices and lessons that can inform future customer projects.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to eight years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping a full-stack application end to end.\n\nExperience in a forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering role where writing code was part of day-to-day work.\n\nComfort working directly with customers, understanding operational needs, and taking ownership of measurable outcomes.\n\nDemonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ability to work across engineering and business functions.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 USD.
