You will lead the agent's technical direction and help develop a product that joins live calls, runs browser-based demos, and follows up with prospects.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild the agent's reasoning, tool use, and memory, including ways to recover when live conversations go off script while meeting low-latency requirements.\n\nCreate evaluation pipelines and work with call data to measure and improve agent performance, using fine-tuning where useful.\n\nImprove the reliability of browser-based product demos conducted during live sales conversations.\n\nShip product features end to end with TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.\n\nWork directly with customers and design partners to shape product development.\n\nSet technical direction for models and methods, and decide what to build or buy.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 4 to 7 years of AI engineering experience, with a technical degree or equivalent background in a field such as math, physics, or engineering.\n\nHands-on experience shipping AI agents in production and owning their lifecycle, including evaluations, observability, and cost optimization.\n\nAt least one year of experience with real-time or voice AI systems, such as WebRTC, LiveKit, or streaming applications.\n\nExperience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js, plus browser automation tools such as Playwright.\n\nBackground in voice AI, AI sales, browser agents, sales technology, or customer-facing engineering at a startup or other fast-growing technology company.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $200,000 to $250,000 annually.
