You will build infrastructure that processes complex healthcare data and supports clinical AI capabilities in production.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and scale distributed backend systems for chart processing, claims, authorizations, denials, and payer and provider integrations.\n\nDevelop browser and computer-use automation for navigating medical record software and payer portals.\n\nDesign reliable systems to process scanned charts, PDFs, structured claims, unstructured notes, and operational data at scale.\n\nBuild orchestration, queuing, retry, and observability infrastructure for long-running workflows across healthcare systems.\n\nPartner with research and product engineers to bring clinical intelligence capabilities into production.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of backend software engineering experience, with a track record of owning complex infrastructure and systems end to end.\n\nStrong experience with Python, microservices, distributed systems, and backend infrastructure.\n\nBackground in data pipelines, workflow orchestration, or processing large and messy datasets at scale.\n\nProduction experience with LLMs or machine learning models, plus browser automation or complex integrations.\n\nStrong computer science, mathematics, or related technical foundations, and an interest in hands-on work at an early-stage startup.\n\nAuthorization to work without visa sponsorship is required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $160,000 to $200,000 annually.
