As one of the first engineers, you will work closely with the founders to build a self-serve platform and help deliver product features for customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.\n\nDevelop self-serve tools for generating launch videos, sales videos, and localized marketing campaigns.\n\nHelp shape the product roadmap while contributing hands-on engineering work.\n\nIntegrate LLM-powered agents and creative generation pipelines into a polished user experience.\n\nSupport customer needs while rapidly prototyping and iterating on features.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nZero to three years of full-stack engineering experience, including experience beyond internships.\n\nExperience at an early-stage, engineering-led startup, as a founding engineer, or as a founder.\n\nStrong full-stack skills shipping production web applications, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.\n\nExperience with Python, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.\n\nFamiliarity with LLM-powered applications and agent architectures.\n\nAbility to explain technical decisions and provide thoughtful input on product and company direction.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals and a background outside scientific discovery or lab-based work.\n\nExperience with video or creative tools, human-in-the-loop learning, or reinforcement learning from human feedback is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $175,000 to $275,000 annually.
