You will work directly with customers to deploy the product, solve operational challenges, and turn what you learn into improvements to the core platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nCustomize data ingestion for customer file formats, ERP systems, and workflows so new deployments deliver value quickly.\n\nLead discovery conversations and site visits with distributor teams, then translate their needs into product improvements.\n\nBuild and ship prototypes, internal tools, and customer-facing workflows, and strengthen the solutions that prove useful.\n\nDevelop AI agents and LLM-powered workflows that automate manual quoting and sales processes.\n\nPrepare and deliver product demos, participate in customer visits, and support pilots through adoption.\n\nOwn technical customer relationships after launch and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to five years of full-stack or backend engineering experience building and shipping production software used by real customers.\n\nExperience with Python and TypeScript in full-stack or backend development.\n\nA degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or another quantitative field.\n\nExperience working directly with customers and presenting technical work to non-technical buyers, such as in forward-deployed, solutions, sales engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles.\n\nDaily engineering experience with an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.\n\nAbility to take a project from idea to launch; experience with hardware, procurement, supply chain, ERPs, or legacy integrations is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $150,000 USD annually.
