You will work directly with customers and the platform engineering team to turn operational challenges into production systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with customer IT, supply chain, and procurement teams to identify and scope new workflows and use cases.\n\nBuild and ship production code in customer environments, extending solutions in ways that can scale across deployments.\n\nLead technical deployments from discovery through go-live and take ownership of customer outcomes.\n\nTravel to customer facilities, including internationally, to work alongside operators and support adoption.\n\nShare field insights with platform engineers to improve deployment speed and reliability.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to five years of experience in customer-facing full-stack or forward deployed engineering, with strong software engineering fundamentals.\n\nExperience gathering technical requirements, translating ambiguous problems into specifications, and shipping end-to-end workflow or automation deployments to production.\n\nExperience owning customer deployments and production outcomes in enterprise environments, ideally at a growth-stage technology company.\n\nWorking knowledge of Python or similar languages, SQL, APIs, enterprise data, and systems such as ERP platforms; familiarity with large language models, AI agents, or supply chain platforms is useful.\n\nClear communication, sound problem-solving, and the ability to work independently without established playbooks.\n\nExposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is beneficial.\n\nComfort with international travel, approximately 15% to 30%, primarily to Europe and Asia.\n\nMust be a US citizen or hold a Green Card; visa sponsorship is not available.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $175,000 to $255,000 annually.
