You will work directly with enterprise customers to take AI agents from problem scoping through production deployment, while bringing customer insights back into the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with customers to understand onboarding, adoption, and renewal workflows and identify where AI agents can help.\n\nConnect agents to customer systems and data sources, configure integrations and SSO, and deploy solutions to production.\n\nBuild and refine evaluations using customer data to assess agent quality before release.\n\nPartner with go-to-market teams on technical sales, customer activation, and account expansion.\n\nTurn field learnings into product improvements, including fixing platform gaps.\n\nDebug production deployments, investigate root causes, and expand solutions from an initial end-to-end use case.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of experience in customer-facing software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or solutions engineering, including ownership of technical deployments.\n\nHands-on experience building and deploying LLM agents with customers, including prompt development, evaluations, and complex, long-running agents.\n\nStrong Python and FastAPI backend skills, plus React frontend experience.\n\nExperience with early-stage or high-growth startups and customer-facing deployments; Big Tech experience alongside startup experience is relevant.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals, stable role tenure, and evidence of career progression.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $180,000 to $230,000 annually.
