As the founding forward deployed engineer, you will work directly with enterprise customers to take solutions from initial discovery through production, then apply what you learn to improve the platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with customers to understand onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes and identify where AI agents can help.\n\nConfigure and deploy agents using customer data sources, including data warehouses and CRM systems, and set up integrations and single sign-on.\n\nBuild evaluations with real customer data to measure agent quality and improve results before launch.\n\nPartner with go-to-market teams on technical discovery, account activation, and expansion.\n\nBring customer feedback into the product and improve platform capabilities when they create deployment obstacles.\n\nDebug production deployments, investigate root causes, and deliver focused solutions that demonstrate value.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years in customer-facing software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or solutions engineering, with experience owning technical deployments.\n\nHands-on experience building and deploying LLM agents with customers, including prompt development, evaluations, and complex long-running agents.\n\nStrong Python and FastAPI backend skills, plus React frontend experience.\n\nExperience at an early-stage, high-growth startup, ideally alongside experience in a larger technology company.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals and a track record of growth and stable role tenure.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $180,000 to $230,000 annually.
