You will turn customer challenges into production solutions and help build a repeatable deployment approach.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild relationships with manufacturing customers and work with their IT, supply chain, and procurement teams to identify and scope new workflows.\n\nTranslate customer needs into technical requirements, then build and ship production code in enterprise environments.\n\nLead deployments from discovery through go-live and own outcomes such as inventory management, sourcing efficiency, and forecast accuracy.\n\nTravel to customer facilities, including internationally, to work alongside operators and support adoption.\n\nShare field learnings with platform engineering to make future deployments more reliable and efficient.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to five years of customer-facing full-stack or forward-deployed engineering experience, including ownership of customer deployments and production outcomes.\n\nExperience scoping end-to-end automation or workflow deployments, gathering technical requirements, and delivering solutions in enterprise customer environments.\n\nStrong engineering skills, including experience with Python or similar languages, SQL, APIs, and complex enterprise data; familiarity with ERP systems, LLMs, or AI agents is relevant.\n\nAbility to navigate ambiguous problems, identify new use cases within existing accounts, and work independently without extensive process or support.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals and exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments are valuable.\n\nComfort with approximately 15% to 30% travel, including international travel, primarily to Europe and Asia.\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $175,000 to $255,000 annually.
