You will own the product layer around the AI system, connecting smart glasses, backend services, and companion apps into a reliable experience that works in the field.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild the end-to-end product experience across smart glasses, backend services, and companion applications.\n\nDevelop and optimize real-time video and streaming pipelines with tight latency requirements.\n\nOwn dependable, observable backend APIs and data systems that support device and AI services.\n\nBuild mobile and desktop tools for device setup, monitoring, and workflow configuration.\n\nCreate safe deployment and release processes for software updates to devices in the field.\n\nShape product architecture and engineering practices as the team grows.\n\nInvestigate and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and device layers.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of software engineering experience, ideally including work at an early-stage startup.\n\nExperience building and shipping a complete product, including backend APIs, data systems, and a user-facing web or mobile client.\n\nStrong full-stack skills and the ability to make sound architectural decisions independently.\n\nExperience with modern cloud and product technologies such as TypeScript, Python, React, React Native, Node.js, AWS or GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and REST APIs.\n\nRelevant experience with real-time video, streaming, low-latency systems, mobile apps, or AI-powered product features is valuable.\n\nStrong computer science or engineering fundamentals, or an equivalent record of building and shipping products.\n\nInterest in wearable technology, industrial AI, or tools for field operations is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 to $240,000 annually.
