You will also develop production AI agents for enterprise customers and help shape technical direction as the team grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild high-quality RL environments using proprietary voice and enterprise datasets.\n\nBuild and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers.\n\nPartner with company leadership on technical direction and the product roadmap.\n\nHelp lead the engineering function as the team grows.\n\nShip quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of engineering experience and strong reinforcement learning fundamentals.\n\nHands-on experience building RL environments in an RL or human data setting.\n\nExperience building and deploying AI agents in production.\n\nDaily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools in production work.\n\nFull-stack experience with TypeScript and AWS is a plus.\n\nExperience with iOS, Swift, or React Native, or a startup background with a strong shipping cadence, is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $125,000 to $200,000 annually. OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) is $225,000 to $400,000, with variable compensation tied to company profits. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nOn-site in San Francisco, California. This role is fully in person with a 5.5-day workweek and Sundays off.
