This backend-leaning full-stack role combines hands-on engineering with customer input to shape useful product experiences.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild product experiences for investigating agent behavior, evaluating results, debugging trajectories, and replaying production activity.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand where their agents fail, turn those needs into product decisions, and iterate on solutions.\n\nDevelop APIs, data models, internal systems, and user-facing product features across the stack.\n\nBuild agent capabilities that support large-scale investigations of production traces.\n\nDesign platform features such as workspaces, permissions, billing, usage systems, SDKs, and terminal-first developer tools.\n\nCollaborate with teams deploying AI agents and use their feedback to improve the product.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 0 to 5 years of full-stack product engineering experience, with a backend focus.\n\nExperience shipping end-to-end products, influencing product decisions, and supporting production software.\n\nStrong skills in Python, TypeScript, or Node.js, plus experience with React or Next.js.\n\nAbility to design clean APIs, model data effectively, build polished product interfaces, and debug across the stack.\n\nExperience with AI agents, LLM-powered products, agent evaluation or debugging, or developer tools is valuable.\n\nComfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating in person.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $150,000 to $275,000 annually.
