You will own systems end to end, working closely with shop-floor users to improve factory operations and support expansion across multiple sites.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild factory ERP capabilities for inventory management, material tracking, and part flow.\n\nDevelop software that collects low-latency data from CNC machines and sends instructions back to them.\n\nCreate quality management systems to track and improve part quality with micron-level accuracy.\n\nWork directly with machinists to gather feedback and rapidly improve their daily software tools.\n\nDesign systems that can be replicated across multiple factory locations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to seven years of full-stack software engineering experience, including strong Python and Django skills.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals and a record of independently shipping products in fast-paced startup or technology environments.\n\nExperience solving ambiguous problems and incorporating direct feedback from end users.\n\nWorking knowledge of machine learning, including model fine-tuning.\n\nExperience with AWS, Kubernetes, computer vision, CAD/CAM, robotics, or IoT and sensor integration is valuable.\n\nFactory, ERP, industrial, or hardware-adjacent software experience is useful.\n\nMust be eligible to work on ITAR-controlled projects as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. U.S. citizenship is also specified as a requirement.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $130,000 to $200,000 annually.
