You will work across backend systems and customer-facing interfaces, delivering features that help customers configure and launch voice experiences quickly.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop platform features such as prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.\n\nBuild scalable full-stack systems, from polished user interfaces to reliable APIs and deployment workflows.\n\nOwn projects from architecture and implementation through production deployment and iteration.\n\nDesign intuitive interfaces and APIs that support fast customer onboarding.\n\nDebug customer issues and turn feedback into product improvements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of full-stack software development experience, with substantial work across both frontend and backend.\n\nStrong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS.\n\nDeep knowledge of distributed systems and experience building scalable backend services.\n\nA background in voice AI, telephony platforms, or related voice technology is preferred.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.\n\nExperience in venture-backed startups or a strong record of growth in a larger technology organization.\n\nA collaborative, proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and suggest improvements in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $215,000 to $290,000 USD annually.
