You will own core systems end to end, from data models and APIs to user experiences, helping make clinical and operational workflows more accurate and efficient.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build AI-enabled workflows for clinical documentation, treatment planning, reassessments, supervision, and administrative tasks.\n\nDevelop revenue and payments infrastructure for service authorization, billing, adjudication, and provider payments.\n\nBuild provider operations tools for credentialing, contracting, compliance, payroll, scheduling, and staffing.\n\nCreate patient and family experiences for intake, onboarding, scheduling, communication, progress tracking, and payments.\n\nAutomate operational workflows across billing, authorizations, credentialing, and care coordination.\n\nOwn platform foundations including data models, APIs, security, reliability, compliance, AI infrastructure, and production systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFour to ten years of fullstack engineering experience, including work at a startup and in a full-time role.\n\nStrong Python proficiency and experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Firebase.\n\nProduct engineering experience that includes architecture decisions or system design, ideally in a Series A or later environment.\n\nExperience in healthcare technology, fintech, insurance, or another operationally complex field where accuracy and data integrity are essential.\n\nA bachelor's degree and strong computer science fundamentals.\n\nAttention to detail and a systems-oriented approach to modeling business rules, states, and edge cases.\n\nCurrent work authorization that does not require employer visa sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid role based in San Francisco, California.
