# Fullstack Software Engineer

About the Role Join a small product engineering team building software for healthcare providers and patients. You will own core platform systems and end-to-end product work, helping make complex clinical and business workflows more reliable and efficient. What You'll Do Design and build AI-supported workflows for clinical documentation, treatment planning, reassessments, and administrative work. Develop systems for healthcare authorizations, billing, payment adjudication, and provider reimbursement. Build tools that support provider operations, including credentialing, contracting, compliance, payroll, scheduling, and staffing. Create patient and family experiences for onboarding, scheduling, communication, progress tracking, and payments. Automate operational workflows across billing, authorizations, credentialing, and care coordination. Own platform foundations, including data models, APIs, security, reliability, and production systems. What We're Looking For Four to ten years of fullstack software engineering experience, including full-time startup product engineering experience. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Fireba
