As its first sales hire, you will build the top of the sales funnel and help prepare for the product launch.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and research target account lists of machine shops, manufacturers, and hardware companies.\n\nWrite and send personalized outbound emails to start conversations with potential customers.\n\nQualify promising conversations and coordinate handoffs to product and engineering teammates for demonstrations.\n\nMeet regularly with the product team to stay current on product features and refine outreach messaging.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records and test messaging to learn what earns replies.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nNew graduate or graduating around May 2026 or winter 2027, with 0 to 2 years of BDR or SDR experience; prior professional sales experience is not required.\n\nExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to write concise, specific, personalized outreach.\n\nFamiliarity with outbound and CRM tools such as Apollo, Clay, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.\n\nInterest or exposure to manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or hardware through work, internships, projects, or other hands-on experience.\n\nPersistence, resilience, and resourcefulness, with comfort handling rejection and working in an evolving startup environment.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $70,000 annually, with equity upside.
