This is a growth-oriented opportunity with mentorship and direct collaboration with senior attorneys.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage a full caseload of defense litigation from inception through resolution.\n\nConduct and defend depositions.\n\nRepresent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.\n\nWork with senior attorneys on trial preparation, legal strategy, and client communication.\n\nDraft pleadings, discovery materials, motions, and case strategy documents.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to seven years of law firm experience handling a full caseload in defense litigation.\n\nAdmission to the New York bar and a J.D. from an accredited law school.\n\nExperience appearing before judges and attending court conferences in New York courts, including New York City and Long Island jurisdictions.\n\nExperience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery, as well as conducting and defending depositions.\n\nBackground in premises liability or general negligence matters is helpful.\n\nInterest in a long-term role and a collaborative, mentorship-oriented environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $125,000 to $165,000 annually.
