In this hands-on role, you will own mixed-signal board bring-up, debugging, and integration, working across hardware, FPGA, firmware, AI, and systems engineering.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead board bring-up, power sequencing validation, and subsystem integration across multiple board designs.\n\nInvestigate signal integrity, power, and RF performance issues, identify root causes, and drive design improvements.\n\nWork with an external design firm on schematic updates and layout reviews, then manage fabrication, characterization, and validation of board revisions.\n\nPartner with FPGA, firmware, and systems engineers to validate subsystem and system-level integration.\n\nDevelop traceability and test procedures to support increased production volumes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 to 7 years of experience in mixed-signal hardware bring-up, debugging, and board-level integration.\n\nExperience with mixed-signal design, including ADCs and DACs, DC/DC converters, RF interfaces, power sequencing, and signal integrity.\n\nExperience with complex PCB assemblies, schematic review, and PCB CAD tools such as Altium.\n\nAbility to identify and solve problems independently, and willingness to contribute across disciplines.\n\nBackground in telecom, radar, or complex sensing systems is helpful. FPGA bring-up experience, including Petalinux or AMD Kria SOM, is also useful.\n\nPrior experience working on-site five days per week in Santa Clara, California, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency are required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $160,000 to $180,000 annually.
