You will work across the stack and help shape core systems that make AI agents useful with complex, fragmented business data.\nWhat You'll Do\nLearn the product, codebase, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.\n\nWork across infrastructure, backend services, and user interfaces as priorities change.\n\nSpeak with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate insights into product improvements.\n\nDesign and own Python-based systems for AI agents working with complex enterprise data.\n\nCollaborate with engineering leadership and teammates on the platform's architecture as it grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of software engineering experience, including shipping production code across the full stack.\n\nStrong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.\n\nExperience building distributed systems or data pipelines, with a solid understanding of system design and infrastructure.\n\nFamiliarity with AI agents, large language models, graph traversal or indexing, knowledge graphs, multi-tenant systems, or workflow automation.\n\nCuriosity, self-direction, and a track record of identifying valuable problems and carrying solutions through.\n\nClear communication and collaborative work with engineers and customers; experience in procurement, supply chain, or industrial technology is helpful.\n\nInterest in a hands-on individual contributor role on a small, high-ownership team.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $200,000 to $350,000 USD annually.
