You will work across the stack, help shape core platform architecture, and turn customer needs into reliable product capabilities.\nWhat You'll Do\nLearn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.\n\nWork across infrastructure, backend services, and user interfaces as priorities evolve.\n\nSpeak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and inform product development.\n\nDesign and own core AI agent systems that work with fragmented enterprise data, primarily using Python.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teammates and technical leadership on platform architecture as the product scales.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of software engineering experience, with production work across the full stack.\n\nStrong Python experience, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.\n\nExperience building distributed systems or data pipelines, ideally including infrastructure and user-facing applications.\n\nStrong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to find and solve valuable problems independently.\n\nClear communication and collaborative experience working with engineers, customers, and cross-functional teammates.\n\nExperience in a research lab, established technology company, or venture-backed growth-stage startup is valued.\n\nBackground in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial technology, or as a founder or founding engineer is helpful.\n\nInterest in an individual contributor role rather than people management.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $200,000 to $350,000 USD annually.
