You will work closely with operations teams and own product decisions from problem discovery through design and deployment.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and ship applications for application pipelines, events, and internal workflows.\n\nDevelop event features for registration, coordination, and media handling.\n\nIntegrate with tools such as calendars, messaging platforms, email, and data pipelines.\n\nBuild semantic search and AI-enabled tools using language models, embeddings, and natural language interfaces.\n\nAutomate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and email triage.\n\nCreate dashboards and analytics to help teams understand operational metrics and improve processes.\n\nWork with partners and operations teams to understand needs and make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to 12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.\n\nEnd-to-end product ownership, including problem discovery, user interface design, and deployment.\n\nExperience building both backend systems and polished user interfaces, with a product-minded approach to engineering.\n\nProficiency with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, or equivalent technologies; experience with Python, LLMs, semantic search, or embeddings is valuable.\n\nExperience building AI-enabled products or features, including recent projects or prototypes.\n\nStartup or early-stage experience, with the ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals or equivalent demonstrated through substantial projects.\n\nExperience with internal tools, workflow systems, or application and CRM software is useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $185,000 to $485,000 annually.
