You will own features from idea to production, shaping reliable APIs and improving the experience for developers working with web data.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and ship product features for developers, from early ideas through production release.\n\nOwn the reliability and quality of products that interact with a constantly changing web.\n\nTurn ambiguous technical challenges into clear, easy-to-use APIs.\n\nHelp shape the engineering roadmap and make product and technical tradeoffs.\n\nUse the product, review user feedback and support issues, and let customer needs guide improvements.\n\nWork directly with customers to debug integrations and understand their use cases.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to eight years of product engineering experience, with a track record of shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.\n\nStrong TypeScript and Node.js skills, with experience using browser automation tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, or Chromium.\n\nProduction experience in scraping, anti-bot systems, browser automation, or web agents built for external developer or product use.\n\nExperience with REST APIs, LLMs or AI agents, and observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or OpenTelemetry.\n\nComfort owning features end to end, working through ambiguity, and adapting products based on customer behavior.\n\nHands-on experience building with coding agents and understanding how AI agents use tools and web data.\n\nWillingness to work on-site five days a week in San Francisco or Toronto, either currently or after relocating.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $235,000 to $260,000 USD annually.
