This hands-on, generalist role spans robotics software, hardware integration, and cloud systems, with work that directly affects how robots perform in the real world.\nWhat You'll Do\nOrchestrate real-time robot software, motion planning optimization systems, and machine learning pipelines across platforms.\n\nBuild and maintain data-labeling frontends, perception systems, and compilers for robot intelligence.\n\nWork across the robotics stack, from firmware and hardware integration to cloud infrastructure.\n\nCollaborate with teammates to design, build, and ship systems for production robotics.\n\nDeploy software at customer facilities and improve robotic performance in real-world environments.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to three years of software engineering experience in robotics, automation, or embedded systems.\n\nExperience building and shipping software for physical robotic systems, such as robotic arms, manipulation systems, or autonomous hardware, in production or customer environments.\n\nStrong Python skills and programming fundamentals; experience with TypeScript and React is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with ROS, C/C++, Docker, Kubernetes, and systemd.\n\nExperience owning engineering outcomes end to end, integrating hardware and software, and working across a robotics system.\n\nA bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, robotics, or a related engineering field.\n\nComfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and areas of focus can shift.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $130,000 to $180,000.
