You will connect with HR, Finance, and executive leaders at multinational businesses, helping grow a modern employee benefits platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nGenerate top-of-funnel pipeline and aim to book approximately 10 qualified meetings per month.\n\nReach enterprise prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound campaigns.\n\nPartner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support effective handoffs.\n\nUse AI tools and modern sales technology to automate manual tasks and increase outreach effectiveness.\n\nShare prospect feedback and market insights with Product and Leadership to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to three years of outbound BDR or SDR experience selling HR technology in a B2B SaaS environment.\n\nA record of achieving or exceeding quota, ideally at a high-growth startup from Seed through Series C.\n\nConfident cold-calling skills and experience engaging senior HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders.\n\nExperience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and ChatGPT or other AI tools for sales workflows.\n\nExperience working in a hybrid team environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is £40,000 to £43,000 per year.
