You will help prospects evaluate the platform and guide deployments, translating insurance workflows into practical agent capabilities.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with Sales to design and deliver customer pilots that demonstrate the platform's value.\n\nTranslate insurance workflows into extensible Python scripts, agent skills, and deployment architectures.\n\nConfigure and validate integrations with customer systems, including agency management systems, CRMs, carrier portals, and data sources.\n\nBring customer feedback to Product and Engineering, helping shape priorities and roadmap decisions.\n\nLead deployments from technical discovery through activation, supporting customer enablement and adoption.\n\nImprove deployment practices so lessons from each customer engagement can be applied to future work.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to six years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer, partnering with account executives to support deals.\n\nExperience leading technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept or pilots, and communicating clearly with non-technical buyers and executives.\n\nHands-on Python skills, along with experience configuring APIs and integrations such as CRMs and data sources.\n\nExperience using AI coding tools in day-to-day work.\n\nAbility to own multiple active opportunities or customer engagements while staying technically involved.\n\nExposure to insurance, brokerage, or vertical SaaS workflows is helpful, as is experience in a fast-paced startup or product environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $150,000 to $200,000 annually.
