You will own projects end to end and help improve how the team ships as it grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild consumer-facing backend features that support key business goals.\n\nDevelop data-driven systems for challenges such as matchmaking and fraud prevention.\n\nImprove engineering processes and delivery tools, including experimentation platforms and CI/CD.\n\nTake ownership of projects and drive them through completion with limited direction.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFive to eight years of backend software engineering experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup or a high-performing engineering environment.\n\nProficiency in Go, or the ability and willingness to ramp up quickly; experience with Kubernetes and GCP is relevant.\n\nExperience delivering consumer-facing backend features end to end with measurable business impact.\n\nStrong ownership and ability to work effectively with limited direction.\n\nExperience with data-driven systems such as matchmaking, fraud prevention, or recommendations is a plus.\n\nBackground in real-time features, payments, consumer gaming, CI/CD, or experimentation platforms is useful.\n\nA bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $200,000 to $400,000 annually.
