You will work directly with clients from early solution design through launch, while bringing field insights back to the product team.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.\n\nDesign and build production AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare platforms such as EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs.\n\nLead working sessions and present technical solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.\n\nMake architecture and implementation decisions, scope integrations, and resolve technical challenges during client engagements.\n\nShare lessons from deployments with the product team and develop reusable components for future implementations.\n\nBuild and support production applications, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFive to fifteen years of software engineering experience building and owning production systems end to end.\n\nExperience designing complete system architectures and producing architecture diagrams.\n\nExperience delivering customer-facing software and owning client technical delivery, including scoping and integration.\n\nProduction experience with LLM systems or AI agents, including evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring.\n\nFluency with JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, plus cloud experience with AWS or GCP.\n\nHealthcare or life sciences experience, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or HIPAA compliance.\n\nStrong client communication skills, including leading technical sessions and presenting to executive stakeholders.\n\nData or machine learning pipeline experience, including ETL/ELT, document ingestion, or predictive modeling, is useful.\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $170,000 to $205,000 annually.
