You will work closely with client teams to take systems from early prototypes to production, while sharing customer insights that help improve the platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead end-to-end delivery of voice AI projects, communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly.\n\nBuild and integrate voice agents, including effective LLM prompting techniques.\n\nDevelop full-stack integrations with enterprise tools such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling systems using Python and JavaScript.\n\nPartner with sales and customers to gather requirements, create demos, and present system designs.\n\nScope projects, resolve blockers, and keep client and internal teams aligned.\n\nTurn repeatable delivery patterns into tools or platform components.\n\nTranslate customer feedback into practical product and go-to-market recommendations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, technical product work, or a related role, including experience at startups or an established technology company.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS, plus the ability to write production-grade code.\n\nDeep understanding of distributed systems and experience delivering software from prototype through production.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence engaging customers and recommending improvements.\n\nOwnership and adaptability in fast-paced environments; voice AI experience or senior-level engineering experience is a plus.\n\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $215,000 to $290,000 annually.
