You will own technical delivery from early client discussions through implementation and ongoing support, while bringing field insights back to the product team.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, launch, and post-launch support.\n\nDesign and build production AI agent systems that connect with healthcare platforms such as EHR and EMR, claims, specialty pharmacy, and CRM systems.\n\nRun technical working sessions and present solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.\n\nMake independent architectural decisions, scope integrations, and resolve implementation challenges with clients.\n\nShare deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components for future implementations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5 to 15 years of software engineering experience, including ownership of end-to-end production systems and complete system architecture diagrams.\n\nExperience deploying customer-facing software and taking responsibility for client delivery, including scoping, integration, and post-launch work.\n\nHands-on experience putting LLM systems or AI agents into production, including evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring.\n\nHealthcare or life sciences expertise, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or HIPAA compliance.\n\nFluency with JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, plus cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.\n\nExperience with data and machine learning pipelines, ETL/ELT, document ingestion, or predictive models is valuable.\n\nStrong client communication and executive presence; startup or high-growth company experience is also valuable.\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $170,000 to $205,000 USD annually.
