You will lead technical delivery from initial discovery through launch and ongoing support, while bringing insights from client work back into reusable platform capabilities.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.\n\nDesign and build production AI agent systems that connect with healthcare platforms such as EHR and EMR systems, claims tools, specialty pharmacy systems, and CRMs while meeting HIPAA requirements.\n\nLead working sessions and present technical approaches to executive, technical, and non-technical client stakeholders.\n\nMake independent architecture and design decisions, scope integrations, and address implementation challenges with clients.\n\nShare field learnings with the product team and develop reusable components for future deployments.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFive to 15 years of software engineering experience, with a record of delivering customer-facing production systems end-to-end.\n\nExperience designing complete system architectures and producing architecture diagrams, and owning technical delivery across pre-sales, scoping, and implementation.\n\nHands-on experience putting LLM systems or AI agents into production, including evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring.\n\nFluency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, plus experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.\n\nHealthcare or life sciences expertise, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or HIPAA compliance.\n\nStrong client communication and presentation skills, including leading technical sessions with varied audiences.\n\nExperience with data or machine learning pipelines, ETL/ELT, unstructured data, or document ingestion is useful.\n\nMust be a US citizen or Green Card holder. Startup experience or experience building in a high-growth environment is valued.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $170,000 to $205,000 annually.
