You will own technical delivery from early client discussions through implementation and ongoing support, while helping improve reusable platform capabilities.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead client engagements end to end, including pre-sales demonstrations, requirements gathering, system design, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.\n\nArchitect and build production AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare platforms such as EHR and EMR systems, claims, specialty pharmacy, and CRM tools.\n\nRun technical working sessions and present solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.\n\nMake independent decisions about architecture, tools, integration scope, and technical problem-solving.\n\nShare deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components for future implementations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFive to 15 years of software engineering experience, with a record of building and owning customer-facing production systems end to end.\n\nExperience designing complete system architectures and producing architecture diagrams, as well as owning client delivery from scoping through integration and support.\n\nStrong client-facing communication skills, including leading technical sessions and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nHealthcare or life sciences experience, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, or HIPAA compliance.\n\nFluency in Python, JavaScript or Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and React, plus cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP.\n\nExperience building data and machine learning pipelines, including ETL/ELT, document ingestion, unstructured data workflows, or predictive models.\n\nExperience with LLM systems or AI agents, including prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, guardrails, or observability, is valuable.\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. Startup or high-growth company experience is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $170,000 to $205,000 annually.
