As a senior individual contributor and product-minded engineer, you will help shape the product and engineering team while delivering secure, user-focused software.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead greenfield development for enterprise customer needs and related updates to the consumer application.\n\nPartner with company leadership to shape the product roadmap across near-term priorities and longer-term plans.\n\nBuild, debug, and evaluate AI agents, including prompt engineering and evaluation harnesses.\n\nHelp ensure agent systems meet healthcare security and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and SOC 2.\n\nMentor engineers, delegate work, review code, and contribute to hiring.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSix to ten years of full stack engineering experience, including shipping consumer or user-facing products from zero to one at an early-stage or high-growth startup.\n\nExperience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform, including Firebase or Firestore.\n\nProduction experience with LLMs, including agent orchestration, prompt and context design, tool use, evaluations, guardrails, and observability.\n\nExperience as a founding or staff engineer, technical lead, or mentor to other engineers.\n\nHealthcare or other regulated-industry experience is valuable, as is familiarity with HIPAA or SOC 2.\n\nStrong product and front-end design sensibilities, with experience using Figma.\n\nEquivalent experience or a degree demonstrating strong technical fundamentals.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $185,000 to $210,000 annually.
