You will contribute to product development from early ideas through production, with strong ownership and an emphasis on using AI coding agents effectively.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollaborate with a frontend engineer to improve the product interface and accelerate delivery.\n\nBuild and ship features across the stack, with an increasing focus on backend systems and infrastructure.\n\nOwn work end to end, from architecture through deployment and reliability.\n\nEstablish practical approaches for agent-driven software development across the team.\n\nPartner with product-facing engineers and AI researchers to prototype and refine ideas for industrial users.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to ten years of software engineering experience, including full-stack web product development.\n\nStrong backend skills and solid frontend capabilities, including experience with React and TypeScript; .NET experience is relevant.\n\nHands-on experience building products or major features from concept through production, ideally in an early-stage startup environment.\n\nExperience owning architecture, deployment, and reliability, and adapting to changing priorities.\n\nComfort using AI coding agents extensively and debugging their output.\n\nInterest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation; experience outside purely robotics, computer vision, or self-driving domains.\n\nBased in the United States or Canada and authorized to work there without visa sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nRemote, with the primary location in Canada.
