You will help accelerate product development, taking ownership of work from early ideas through production.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollaborate with a frontend engineer to improve the product interface and get features into production faster.\n\nTake on increasingly backend-focused full stack work, including new features, infrastructure, and systems.\n\nOwn features end to end, from architecture through deployment and reliability.\n\nEstablish effective practices for AI-assisted, agent-driven software development.\n\nPartner with customer-facing engineers, AI researchers, and company leadership to prototype and refine product ideas for industrial customers.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to ten years of experience as a full stack or software engineer, with strong backend skills and capable, mid-level frontend experience.\n\nExperience building products or major features from concept through production, ideally in a startup or early-stage environment.\n\nExperience owning system architecture, deployment, and reliability with a high degree of independence.\n\nStrong skills with .NET, React, and TypeScript, and a practical, ambitious approach to AI coding agents.\n\nInterest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation, and the ability to adapt as priorities change.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $200,000 to $275,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nRemote in the United States or Canada, with one week onsite in San Mateo, California, every six weeks.
