You will help develop an agent-driven product, shipping features quickly and taking ownership from early concepts through production.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with a frontend engineer to improve the product interface and accelerate releases.\n\nTake on increasingly backend-focused full stack work across product features, infrastructure, and systems.\n\nOwn features end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.\n\nEstablish and promote effective practices for AI-assisted development across the team.\n\nCollaborate with forward-deployed engineers and AI researchers to prototype and improve product ideas for industrial customers.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 3 to 10 years of software or full stack engineering experience.\n\nStrong backend skills, solid mid-level frontend capabilities, and experience with React, TypeScript, and .NET.\n\nHands-on experience using AI coding agents and the judgment to debug and refine their output.\n\nExperience taking products or major features from concept to production, ideally in a startup environment with shifting priorities.\n\nAbility to own architecture, deployment, and reliability with limited oversight.\n\nInterest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation, and experience beyond computer vision, robotics, or self-driving domains.\n\nBased in the United States or Canada and authorized to work there without sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid, with the primary location in Canada.
