You will strengthen application security and help secure AI agent workflows in a regulated banking environment, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and mature application security tooling, processes, and secure software development practices that fit naturally into engineering workflows.\n\nPartner with engineering to design secure AI agent workflows, protect data privacy, and mitigate AI specific vulnerabilities.\n\nAutomate security processes by developing detection pipelines, improving vulnerability management, and reducing manual work.\n\nLead incident response and turn lessons from incidents into lasting improvements.\n\nSupport compliance and customer trust efforts, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and bank security requirements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFour to eight years of application security experience, including hands-on product security work in a fast growing environment.\n\nExperience with secure code review, threat modeling, penetration testing, and building security tools used by engineers.\n\nStrong coding skills and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, AWS or GCP, cloud security, IAM, and secure SDLC practices.\n\nUnderstanding of AI and LLM security, with interest in securing agentic workflows.\n\nA bachelor's degree in a technical field and experience in fintech or regulated B2B software are valued.\n\nExperience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $190,000 to $250,000 annually.
