You will build on an existing security foundation and partner closely with engineering as the company grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and mature the application security program, including security tooling, processes, and secure software development practices.\n\nPartner with engineering to secure AI agent workflows, protect data privacy, and address AI-specific vulnerabilities.\n\nBuild automated detection and vulnerability management pipelines that reduce manual security work.\n\nLead incident response and turn incidents into lasting improvements to systems and processes.\n\nSupport compliance and customer trust initiatives, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and security requirements from financial institutions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFour to eight years of application security experience, including at least three years focused primarily on hands-on product or application security.\n\nA bachelor's degree in a technical field and strong computer science fundamentals.\n\nCurrent individual contributor experience, with hands-on coding and work such as secure code review, threat modeling, penetration testing, or security tooling.\n\nExperience building security practices in a fast-growing startup or high-growth company; fintech or regulated B2B SaaS experience is valuable.\n\nFamiliarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, AWS or GCP, secure SDLC, threat modeling, IAM, and application security.\n\nExperience with AI or LLM security, cloud security, or owning SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 programs is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $190,000 to $250,000 annually.
