You will mature the application security program and help secure AI agent workflows in a regulated banking environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and improve application security tooling, processes, and secure SDLC practices that fit naturally into engineering workflows.\n\nPartner with engineering to design secure AI agent workflows, protect data privacy, and mitigate AI-specific vulnerabilities.\n\nAutomate security detection and vulnerability management to reduce manual work.\n\nLead incident response and turn findings into lasting improvements.\n\nSupport compliance and customer trust initiatives, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and bank security requirements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFour to eight years of application security experience in a fast-growing environment, with hands-on product security as a primary focus.\n\nExperience with secure code reviews, threat modeling, penetration testing, and building security tools used by engineering teams.\n\nStrong individual contributor skills and a technical bachelor's degree.\n\nExperience with TypeScript or JavaScript, AWS or GCP, secure SDLC, IAM, and application security.\n\nFamiliarity with AI or LLM security, cloud security, and regulated fintech or B2B SaaS environments.\n\nSOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 experience is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $190,000 to $250,000 annually.
