You will help turn complex mortgage workflows into intuitive, polished experiences, partnering across product and engineering from early concepts through production implementation.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the design process from Figma wireframes through implementation in React and TypeScript.\n\nBuild and maintain a scalable design system and component library using shadcn/ui.\n\nCreate accessible, production-quality React components with thoughtful ARIA, keyboard, and focus management.\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering to make complex mortgage workflows clear and easy to use.\n\nSet and uphold visual and interaction standards across the product.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience in design engineering, frontend engineering, or full-stack software engineering, with senior-level experience.\n\nA strong production engineering background, especially with React and TypeScript.\n\nDeep Figma skills, including libraries, variants, and auto-layout.\n\nExperience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.\n\nExperience with Tailwind CSS and tools such as shadcn/ui; familiarity with Vite, GraphQL, Apollo Client, or Turborepo is relevant.\n\nBackground building complex, data-dense B2B software or polished consumer experiences, ideally in growth-oriented, design-focused teams.\n\nA portfolio or personal site demonstrating strong visual and interaction design craft is valued.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals and familiarity with AI-native product design are helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $150,000 to $350,000 USD annually.
