You will turn complex mortgage workflows into intuitive experiences, bringing thoughtful visual design and production-quality engineering together.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the experience from wireframes in Figma through implementation in React and TypeScript.\n\nBuild and maintain a scalable design system and component library using shadcn/ui.\n\nCreate accessible, production-ready components with careful ARIA, keyboard, and focus management.\n\nPartner with product and engineering to make complex mortgage workflows clear and easy to use.\n\nSet and maintain visual and interaction standards across the product.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience in a design engineering, frontend, or full-stack software engineering role, with senior-level experience.\n\nA production engineering background with strong React and TypeScript skills and a sharp eye for interface detail.\n\nExperience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.\n\nStrong Figma skills, including libraries, variants, and auto-layout.\n\nExperience with Tailwind CSS and tools such as shadcn/ui.\n\nBackground building complex, data-dense B2B SaaS interfaces or polished consumer products, ideally in a growth-oriented, design-forward environment.\n\nA portfolio or personal site demonstrating high-quality visual and interaction design is valued.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $150,000 to $350,000 USD annually.
