You will own major product modules end to end, turning open-ended goals into simple, production-ready tools that customers can use independently.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and own user-facing products across AI agents, app building, mobile experiences, and headless SaaS capabilities such as identity, content management, files, email, and commerce.\n\nTake ownership of broad product areas, shaping solutions from initial goals through launch and refinement based on user feedback.\n\nPartner with company leadership to define requirements and iterate on products for technical and non-technical users.\n\nDesign straightforward experiences that help users manage critical business systems.\n\nLead features through product design, architecture, data modeling, API design, production launch, and post-launch iteration.\n\nBuild core SaaS capabilities including billing, entitlements, analytics, experimentation, feature flags, internationalization, and notifications.\n\nUse AI coding tools in your daily development workflow to work efficiently and move quickly.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 2 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering, with demonstrated growth into senior or staff-level scope.\n\nStrong full-stack skills, especially frontend development, with experience using TypeScript, React, and production databases such as Postgres, Redis, or ClickHouse.\n\nEvidence of owning and shipping a complete product module, not only small features or bug fixes.\n\nProduction experience with Temporal or a comparable durable workflow orchestration system.\n\nExperience managing infrastructure as code with CDK or Terraform and orchestrating server or container fleets using tools such as Kubernetes or Docker on AWS.\n\nStrong production database skills, including schema design, scaling, and performance tuning.\n\nDaily experience with AI coding tools and the ability to explain your workflow.\n\nAt least one year at a fast-growing startup or high-bar product or developer tools company, or relevant founder experience.\n\nExperience building infrastructure for AI agents or machine learning workloads is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $200,000 to $300,000 annually.
