As a full-stack individual contributor, you will help develop AI agent systems and shape the platform as it grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nLearn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.\n\nWork across the stack, from infrastructure and backend systems to frontend issues.\n\nSpeak with enterprise customers about procurement challenges and translate insights into product improvements.\n\nDesign and own core AI agent systems that work with complex, fragmented enterprise data, primarily using Python.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teammates on platform architecture and system design.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the full stack.\n\nStrong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.\n\nExperience building distributed systems or data pipelines, and familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, infrastructure, or workflow automation.\n\nCuriosity and initiative to find valuable problems and take ownership of solutions.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with customers.\n\nExperience in a leading AI research lab, major technology company, or venture-backed growth-stage startup is valued. Procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial technology experience is also relevant.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually.
