You will work across the stack, shape core systems for AI agents, and turn customer problems into practical product improvements.\nWhat You'll Do\nLearn the product, codebase, and customer workflows to identify and solve high-value problems.\n\nContribute across infrastructure, backend systems, and user interfaces as priorities evolve.\n\nSpeak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and inform product development.\n\nDesign and own Python-based systems for AI agents that work with fragmented enterprise data.\n\nCollaborate with engineering leadership and teammates on platform architecture as the product scales.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the full stack.\n\nStrong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.\n\nExperience building core systems, distributed systems, or data pipelines, with an understanding of infrastructure and frontend development.\n\nCuriosity, self-direction, and the ability to identify valuable problems and take them through to solutions.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills when working with engineers, customers, and broader teams.\n\nInterest or experience in AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation, procurement, supply chain, or industrial technology is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $200,000 to $350,000 annually.
